Most self development books promise everything from happier lives, more wealth, better relationships, new careers, etc, etc - but at the end of the day they are just that, books.  And by their very nature books are meant to be read.

When it comes to self-development, unfortunately it’s the doing not the reading that produces results and that is why so many of these books gather dust on bookshelves long after the New Year’s resolution ‘rush’ is over.

If we want to make changes in our lives we need to actually ‘do’ things differently, not just read about them.

My fabulous 2010 is a bit different:  part planner, part diary and part self-development book.

It is an activity book that guides you through the process of understanding what is really important to you, how to go after the life you really want and how to do it in a way that is unique to you, every single day of the year.  Think personal coach meets inspiring diary!
